CF Rock-n-Run 5K Run/Walk

What a great race!!! Thanks so much to everyone who came and again to all our sponsors and to Emily Shaller and the Rock CF Foundation. In my opinion today was a great success.

It's almost race time....get excited!!!

So apparently I haven't been clear on a couple of things. I apologize for that hopefully this clears the air:

#1: CF=Cystic Fibrosis

Sorry I wasn't clear on that...I don't think anywhere on the website I mentioned this so, just to clear the air: anywhere the initials CF appear just replace that with Cystic Fibrosis

#2: Race Time is 3pm

I guess I didn't really put this anywhere either. But on April 18th Registration will start at 2pm and the Race will begin at 3pm.

Again sorry for the confusion...
